Reservation policy |
A reservation constitutes a two way contract between Casa Verde and you. It assures that your accommodations will be kept available for you for all the days indicated. It assures us that you will take the entire period booked. You are responsible for the number of nights reserved. Payment is due at time of reservation, we accept credit cards or checks payable and mailed to; David Webb It is understood that Casa Verde will not be held responsible for inclement weather, loss of town electrical power or water, changes in travel plans, personal sickness or injuries etc. before, during or after your stay.

Casa Verde Rules |
Casa Verde in a NO SMOKING establishment, the smoking rules are very simple, if there is a roof or palapa over your head or if you are up wind from any open living space then you can't smoke there. We suggest that if you must smoke that you do so on the street in front of Casa Verde, on one of our roof top decks away from living spaces or on the beach. Casa Verde has a Zero Tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodations in the hotel or may remove a person who: * Acts out of control in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner while on hotel property * Destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance * Refuses to or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services at time of check-in * Negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the innkeeper, including the hotel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired. Casa Verde limits the number of persons who may occupy any given guest room in the hotel (Maximum of 2 in a 1 bed room, 4 in a 2 bed room, and 2 in a TP) and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. Check In & Check Out: Check-In Time: 2:00 PM Check-out Time 11:00 AM. Office Hours: 9:00 AM - 6 PM Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving later than 11:00 PM. If you can't avoid a late arrival, just ring our "Night Bell" located by the front door when you arrive. |

Cancellation Policy |
Once you make a reservation with us,your rooms will be held for your exclusive occupation in our reservation system.We do not have a policy of overbooking, therefore we guarantee your reservation. There are no refunds for cancellations. Sometimes we sell out dates months or even years in advance (turning away other potential guests). |

| Kids and Pets | All of our Casita, Casa and TP prices are for 1 or 2 people, each extra person is $15 per night. Kids 12 and under stay free in there parents room. Some pets are allowed under certain conditions, please ask first. | |
