Accommodations

We offer bright casitas with private bathrooms, mini fridges, and comfortable beds. Each room has a flat screen TV and DVD player, and guests have the use of a great DVD library. Guest rooms open to decks with breathtaking views of the sea. The roof top decks have a panoramic view and are choice spots for viewing sunsets and sunrises alike. All of our casitas are air conditioned.

Also available within the Casa Verde compound are two small houses, Casa Elena and Casa Alia. Both have private kitchens and decks as well as all of the amenities found in the casitas.

Casa Verde has 4 tipis for rent These tipis are set up in the adjoining lot and have the use of a large kitchen, common area, and a bathroom with hot showers. WiFi access is available. Each tipi has electricity. The enclosed lot is very secure and spacious. The compound was expanded to provide more room for the tipis and to make RV spaces available for rent.

Casa Verde's 4 RV spaces come with full hook-up to water,

power, sewer & WiFi. They are located in the same area as the teepees.

Casitas- $110 per night for one or two persons (14% Mexican tax included).

Casas - $150 per night per house for one or two persons (14% Mexican tax included).

Add $15 per night for each additional person, kids 10 and under stay for free in their parents room.

Tipis - Our TP's are set up for 2 people at $50 per night, we will discount the price to $35 for one occupant (14% Mexican tax included). We have 1 larger Tipi that accommodates 3 people for $65 per night.

RV - $500 a month.

Cancelation Policy:

Once you make a reservation with us, your rooms will be held for your exclusive occupation in our reservation system. We do not have a policy of overbooking, therefore we guarantee your reservation.
Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly.
This is why we apply the following cancellation policy:

There are no refunds for cancellations. Sometimes we sell out dates months or even years in advance (turning away other potential guests).

But if your cancelation far enough in advance and we are able to re sale your accommodations then we will refund your deposit.

Your options

Casas

Casa Alia is furnished with a king sized bed and a double sofa bed. It has a fully equipped indoor kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in closet, and a private deck.

Casa Elena has a double bed, a single bed, and a single futon. There is a full kitchen upstairs under a palapa roof and a private deck.

Casitas

Three casitas have queen sized beds, each opens directly to a pathway to the beach.

The two upstairs casitas have queen sized beds and a double sofa bed each. These two second floor casitas share a private bath on the expansive deck in front of them, they also have a rear deck facing the village, desert and mountains. These two casitas are ideal for families.

Three more of our casitas have double and single beds each and open up to a large palapa.

Tipis

Three tipis have two single beds each, while one larger tipi has three single beds.

RVs

All 4 RV spaces feature full hook-up to power, water, and sewer.
